At Trinet electronics, we strive to make the shopping experience as easy as possible, while maintaining high standards of customer service and competitive pricing. We are authorized dealers for all products and brands that we carry, and all products are genuine USA retail products, with full USA manufacturers warranties. All products include the accessories packaged by the manufacturer for that item. No items are open box or repackaged unless clearly stated on our site. The web is full of all sorts of electronics and home entertainment dealers with many prices available. Some are huge dealers with actual stores, and some are fly by night or small time operations. Not all dealers sell the same specific products or are authorized dealers for certain products. Some web dealers may actually be selling you open box, used, gray market items (overseas versions of the same model), or items not acquired through legitimate or authorized channels. Some dealers may advertise products at unbelievable prices, and then not have the order in stock when you order it or try and sell you the manufacturer's included accessories as optional accessories. What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship worldwide. Please check the pre calculated shipping amount. Most items ordered can be combined to reduce the shipping price. We will ship your order as soon as payment is received/cleared. Most orders ship within 36 hours (Monday-Friday). Please check the shipping calculator for shipping prices. We use Fedex UPS,USPS and white glove carriers for larger electronics depending on the item and your location. We reserve the right to change shipping method if necessary. Combined shipping is available on most orders. We ship worldwide to most countries.Please ask us for a quick quote to your international destination. We use USPS for international orders and to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPOs, Expedited shipping methods are available.

Everything we sell is brand new.None of our are items are refurbished, reconditioned, used, off lease, open box, floor samples etc. unless specifically stated in a description.

RETURN POLICY
Trifomed electronics offers a 7 day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions: You need an RMA # which we will assign to you. You must have this visibly in writing on the outside of the box. call us or email our customer service representatives at 8005898219 or trifonet@gmail.com and they will assist you with your RMA. Merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging with all software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you have defective merchandise you are responsible for the shipping cost when returning your merchandise. We will gladly issue you a refund, store credit, or replace the defective product with an even exchange of the same item. NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue you an RMA # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 15% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping to us is at your expense. If the merchandise has been opened and is not defective, we can not issue you an RMA. EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES: Custom orders, bulk orders, volume licensing software, and other products designated as "This Sale Final", "No Returns", or similar language may not be returned. Does ztrinet Electronics ship internationally?
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada must be paid via wire transfer in advance, and must be shipped via a preferred shipper against your account. Currently, international orders are not taken online at our web site, and we are unable to acccept credit card payments for orders shipped outside the United States and Canada. All such orders are subject to a $200 00US minimum order value.
